  • 1:00 How are belief systems created? Imagine a world as a blank slate - where there’s no bigotry. Bigoted belief systems are born out of fear of difference that convinces others. Hate is learnt essentially.

    Pick three achievements those that come to your mind. Eyes closed. What was the achievement, how did it feel, where were yuo? Let that feeling expand. Imagine it as a light. Place it in front of your stomach. Place a word at eye level that encapsulates your worry/fear. Does it have power? Raise the light from stomach so it envelopes/on the word. What happens to the word? Where does it go? You have the power to be around the word. You have the agency/power to deal with this thing. You can use self-doubt to help, if you don’t let it envelope you.
